Gordon Brothers is offering for sale by private treaty, a late model European beverage production facility, with can/bottle filling and packaging line equipment, under instruction from PKF Corporate Recovery and Insolvency in the matter of Fresh Dynamics Limited Partnership (in Liquidation).

The Atlas Copco glycol chiller assets located in Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand include but are not limited to:

• Chiller, 2025, Atlas Copco, model TCS310A HT50-IEC-400V-S, S/No IYU004447, glycol chiller 93.5Kw, running hours 5,282
• Tank, 2025, insulated PVC plastic glycol storage tank 25,000 litre capacity

Note: Buyers are responsible for the decommissioning and removal of assets within 6 weeks of purchase.

A Buyers Premium of 8.5% plus GST (15%) will apply to this sale. GST may be reclaimed where the assets are exported in accordance with Inland Revenue Department zerorating criteria.
