Gordon Brothers is offering for sale by private treaty, a late model European beverage production facility, with can/bottle filling and packaging line equipment, under instruction from PKF Corporate Recovery and Insolvency in the matter of Fresh Dynamics Limited Partnership (in Liquidation).

The depalletiser asset located in Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand include but are not limited to:

• Depalletiser, 2025, Kosme Europol, model MultiDepal, depalletising machine comes with container unloading bench, robotic layer pad & pallet removal, empty pallet & layer storage, motorised pallet conveyors, electrical cabinet, touch-screen operator control panel & perimeter mesh safety fencing
• Note outfeed conveyor disconnects at transfer between 1,500mm and 340mm conveyors

Note: Buyers are responsible for the decommissioning and removal of assets within 6 weeks of purchase.

A Buyers Premium of 8.5% plus GST (15%) will apply to this sale. GST may be reclaimed where the assets are exported in accordance with Inland Revenue Department zerorating criteria.
